Customer Reviews
Fees keep going up every single year; which includes lot rent. Now, lot rent no longer includes water/sewage/garbage/etc. When I asked what exactly lot rent includes, no definitive answer is given. Rules are not consistently enforced between residents. As for the office staff, they choose who they like (or don’t like) and act accordingly towards them. Personal space/your yard is not necessarily considered yours to make decisions about. If you have money, you will be treated well.
Visited friend's. Nice quiet neighborhood.
Pine Village mobile home park is a great place to live. They are a 55 plus community. Their staff is awesome as well as the owners. I've lived off and on in the park for about 10 years and love it.

Spoke to someone to see if there were any available units in the park and the woman who I spoke with was very rude and condescending. Spent the entire conversation trying to "educate" me on proper terms for the type of homes in the park.
