Zimmerman Terrace, located in Zimmerman, MN, is one such community that has been home to residents for several years. Like any established community, it has its unique characteristics and a range of experiences from those who live there.
Prospective residents often look for stability, responsive management, and well-maintained amenities when considering a manufactured home park. It's important to understand that experiences within any community can vary, and what one resident highlights as a challenge, another might navigate differently. This article aims to provide a factual overview of Zimmerman Terrace, drawing on publicly available information and resident feedback, to help you understand what living in this Zimmerman community might entail.

Customer Reviews
Have lived here 8 years. Management on site is horrible, maintenance on the kids park hasn't been done in 8 years and is dangerous for children to play on with nails sticking out and rotten wood. Streets in the winter are NEVER fully cleaned off after storms and end up with HUGE RUTS and or ice sheets. Don't dare complain about anything like rotten trees or neighbors because you will be told "can't you just get along" or "that's NOT our problem". Different rules for each resident. If your NOT the "PARK MANAGERS PET" your harassed and ignored. We ALWAYS have to call the main Company Cepco to get anything done. Bob Carlson is amazing but NOT the Park Manager. We'll probably be evicted for this review.
Trailer Trash that's the park. The people are average every day persons. High lot rent that keep going up every year, with no improvements that benefit anyone living there.
Very quiet dog freindly park. Seemed like one of the better one's to be.
I like this place because I have family that lives in the park.
Cheap living. Manager keeps the park clean.
