Country View RV Park About

Introduction / Overview

For Texans seeking more than just a place to park their RV, Country View RV Park in Princeton, TX, offers a unique and increasingly rare proposition: a genuine, old-fashioned community. This park stands apart from many corporate-owned establishments by emphasizing a personal touch, neighborly camaraderie, and a welcoming atmosphere where residents can truly feel at home. It’s a place designed for long-term living, fostering connections and shared experiences.

As enthusiastically shared by a resident, Country View RV Park is a "true, good old-fashioned community with country picnics, fishing, and neighbors helping neighbors." This highlights a significant aspect of its appeal – a focus on creating a supportive and interactive environment. The fact that it's "not a corporate owned park where the managers don't really have any say in how things are done" underscores its independent spirit. With the owners living on-site and maintaining the park "beautifully," there's a visible dedication to its upkeep and resident satisfaction. For many, finding such a "wonderful place to live and love belonging to this community" is truly a blessing. However, it's crucial for prospective residents to be aware of the park's very specific and stringent pet policy, particularly concerning certain breeds and self-trained service animals, as this has been a point of contention for some. Understanding all park policies upfront is key to a harmonious stay.

The park's location offers residents a desirable blend of peaceful, rural-like living while maintaining excellent accessibility to essential amenities and larger urban centers.

For Texans, Princeton's strategic position makes it an attractive choice for RV living. The city is well-connected to major roadways, including US-380, which provides direct access to US-75, a primary north-south highway extending through Dallas. This balance of quiet country living with urban accessibility and natural beauty makes Country View RV Park a suitable and convenient long-term base for RVers looking to settle down in a community-focused environment in North Texas.

Promotions or Special Offers

Based on the provided customer reviews, Country View RV Park does not explicitly advertise traditional "promotions" or "special offers" in the way that a commercial business or a short-term campground might. Its core "offer" and appeal lie in its unique community model and the benefits derived from its owner-managed, non-corporate structure.

The most significant "promotion" Country View RV Park provides is the opportunity to become part of a:

  • Genuine, Old-Fashioned Community: This is an intangible but highly valued "offer" for many Texans. The park fosters a sense of belonging, with "country picnics, fishing, and neighbors helping neighbors," which is a unique selling point often missing in larger, corporately owned parks. This communal aspect is a continuous "promotion" of their unique lifestyle.
  • Beautifully Maintained, Owner-Managed Environment: The fact that "The owners live on site and maintain it beautifully" ensures a consistently high standard of living and direct access to management, which is a key "offer" for peace of mind and quality of life.

While there are no specific monetary discounts mentioned, the park's value proposition is built on the quality of life, community engagement, and personalized management.

It is crucial, however, for prospective residents to be aware of the park's very specific and firm pet policy, particularly concerning certain breeds and self-trained service animals, as highlighted in one of the reviews. This policy, though not a "promotion," is a critical aspect that must be understood upfront.

For the most current information on pricing, availability, and to thoroughly discuss all park policies, especially concerning pets, prospective residents should directly contact Country View RV Park. Given its owner-managed nature, direct communication is the best way to determine if it is the right "blessed place to live" for you and your furry family members.

However, it is crucial for prospective residents, particularly those with pets, to engage in thorough and direct communication with the park owners regarding their specific pet policy. While the park offers an exceptional community environment, its firm stance on certain breeds and self-trained service animals, as highlighted in a review, is a critical factor that must be understood and accepted before committing to a stay.

In conclusion, for Texans who prioritize a strong, authentic community, personalized management, and a beautifully maintained, non-corporate environment for their long-term RV living, Country View RV Park represents a truly blessed and suitable place to call home, provided their specific needs, especially regarding pets, align with the park's established policies.

This place doesn’t even allowed you keep a dog here that you are trying to train yourself for a service dog. No matter the breed. And the owner tells you get rid of your dog before your kids get attached to it. Even with the FHA. Still get told no. Because that breed is already out here and they don’t want another one out here to kill each other. Even with ADA.

This is a very nice RV Park. We love the owners and our neighbors. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They keep everything clean, have a basketball hoop, storm shelter, doggy park, picnic tables, a small lake out in front, a free bbq and smoker for anyone to use 2 laundry facilities, and sometimes have free cookouts for the guests. They take long term and short term residents.
