Bud's RV Park & Marina, under its new ownership, is in a phase of active improvement and offers competitive pricing that is already noted as "reasonable." While specific, complex promotional schemes are not widely advertised, the current value proposition and future plans suggest potential benefits for guests.
Based on the provided information and common RV park practices, consider the following:
-
Value-Oriented Pricing: The current pricing structure is already considered "reasonable," offering great value for full hookup sites with direct lake and marina access. While prices may "go up a bit as improvements are completed," the current rates are a strong incentive.
-
Monthly Stay Benefits: As seen with the reviewer who stayed for a month, the park clearly accommodates and is well-suited for extended stays. It is highly probable that monthly rates offer a significant discount compared to daily or weekly rates, a common practice in RV parks that cater to long-term campers. This is particularly appealing to Floridians seeking a winter retreat or an extended base.
-
Future Activities and Amenities: While not a direct discount, the "plans for a small store and weekly activities" indicate an increasing value proposition for future stays, adding more amenities and engagement opportunities for the same or a slightly increased price.
-
"Permanent Camper" Opportunities: The mention of "quite a few permanent campers" suggests there might be opportunities for even longer-term site leases or seasonal contracts, which often come with the most competitive pricing. Interested parties should inquire directly about these possibilities.
To get the most accurate and current information on rates, availability for extended stays, and any upcoming special offers as improvements continue, direct contact with Bud's RV Park & Marina is highly recommended.

Customer Reviews
Great place. Low key and having access to the marina and launching is awesome! We stayed here in our RV and brought our little boat. Tiger lake is beautiful and you can get to Lake Kissimmee too from here. They have laundry and recycling bins. Surrounded by nature is so peaceful here. The owners are wonderful. Great place to chill. Thanks Mr.C for the hospitality!
Nice looking old Florida style place. We are camping for a month December 2022. Will let y'all know later about that. January 2023- After a months long stay, I can honestly recommend this quaint little park. The live oak trees hanging with Spanish Moss set the tone. Everywhere are Staghorn Ferns and other tropical plants growing in the trees. Tiger Lake is lovely. Our daily walks took us all over the small park when we always some new natural sight. Gray Herons, egrets, sandhill Cranes, baby alligators, gopher turtles, fox squirrels and owls. You can see Cape Canaveral launches off in the distance on a clear day or night. All of the other campers were friendly and welcoming. The new owners are updating the sandy roads to asphalt and generally refurbishing and updating this old fish camp. All of the sites are full hookup but the bathroom was usable though dated. The laundry facilities were a welcome extra. As of this posting there is no website other than a Facebook link but a website is being created. Prices are reasonable but will go up a bit as improvements are completed. The best sites as of now are 12, 13, 30, 31, 39, 40, 41, 42. There are quite a few permanent campers and those sites are being cleaned up. The marina is a big plus for boaters and the fishing is excellent from boat or shore. Plans are for a small store and weekly activities. We wish the energetic new owners Bess and Will Hicks all the best and we plan to return for a month next winter. a
A beautiful little campground on Tiger lake. Great fishing, friendly folks and peace and quiet, Reasonable prices.Craig will treat you like family, probably better.
My children and I had the most tranquil enjoyable experience at Buds .The community was wonderful and the environment was safe and friendly . If you are looking for peace and plenty of wildlife this is a perfect spot .
If you want to get away from it all, this is the place. My father brought me here way back in the late 70's, early 80's. Sure cleaned a bunch of fish around this place. My Dad has been gone for some time now as has Mr. Bud as I called him. He'd let me ride in the old jeep he used to launch boats move campers around campground. It's still a beautiful place to be.
