Loved it tiny ity bitty community but I absolutely loved it super super clean I would even go as far as this place is immaculate all the properties are immaculate.

All about the MONEY and outward appearances. Lot rent too high for what it actually covers. On-site manager is also the exclusive realtor. “Meticulously maintained” means inspections and all the responsibility and maintenance cost is borne by the resident over and above exorbitant lot rent. No assistance or compassion in resolving issues. On the plus side, most of the residents are friendly and there is a pretty active social calendar run by the residents. Watch out for cliques.

I love the location I love the service people really nice environment very friendly people are very friendly people that know me were nice to me and talk to me and I God bless that place a thousand times I would love to buy that place and move in there just right now my situation in a bad situation right now but maybe in the future but I recommend it to all the people that would love to have a nice place quiet respect is very important they're respect each other God bless you all thank you
