Woody's RV Resort, known for its friendly community and well-maintained grounds, offers value through its consistent quality and welcoming environment rather than through frequent, short-term promotional "deals" typically seen at transient-focused resorts. However, there are inherent benefits and potential offers that make it an attractive option, especially for seasonal and long-term stays.

  • Competitive Seasonal Rates: RV resorts that cater to "winter here" guests often provide competitive monthly or seasonal rates that offer significant savings compared to daily or weekly bookings, making it highly attractive for snowbirds.

  • Long-Term Stay Discounts: Inquire directly about discounts for extended stays (e.g., several months or annual leases) which are common for mobile home and RV parks that serve a semi-permanent population.

  • "First-Time Visitor" Incentives: While not explicitly stated, some parks offer small incentives or discounted rates for first-time guests to encourage them to experience the community. It's always worth asking when you call.

  • Value of Community and Safety: The "very clean and safe location" and the "nice" community create an invaluable intangible benefit that translates into a high-quality living experience, reducing concerns about security or maintenance. This peace of mind is a significant "promotion" in itself.

  • Proximity Savings: Being "close to stores and Sebring Diner" and "everything that Sebring has to offer" can lead to savings on fuel and travel time, as daily necessities and entertainment are easily accessible.

  • Referral Programs: Some established parks might have referral programs for current residents, which could indirectly benefit new guests if they know someone already staying there.

Awesome camp ground. Lot of park units but the people are so friendly. Clean and great site. Had a drive threw of pavement and a large concrete patio with full hookups. They have everything right there, pool, club house, and so on. Going back again at the end of Oct. The staff are so nice to make sure everything is ok.

Back in the middle of September 2023, I relocated from Charleston and needed a temporary place to stay while I was in the hiring process. I stayed with the RV resort for about a month and a week. They have campers conveniently accessible for people to rent weekly, and also on site areas to hook your own RV to. I had my very own patio attached to my camper, which was enjoyable when wanting to listen to the Owls and Gators calling during the late hours of the Evening! Each camper comes equipped with a stove top, a microwave, a shower stall, and a pull down bed hidden in the wall attached to the meal table. They have a television, comfortable reclining couches, and a small storage closet for your belongings too. They have long term residents and part time residents, a pool, an activity center nearby the pool with a Pool table & Fooz Ball table, and washers and dryers. They have great security and ensure their residents are safe, with a nightly Boom Barrier Pole Gate only accessible to open with a security code. I felt pleasantly accommodated and enjoyed my stay there so much! Their pool is BEAUTIFUL, equipped with a dolphin water fountain, and many plaques inscribed with Jimmy Buffett sayings! This is a GREAT getaway vacation for two to three people, although having your own RV would be easier to sleep more.
