Location and Accessibility

Cedar Ridge Campground is conveniently located at 660 N 1190 Rd, Lawrence, KS 66047, USA. • America the Beautiful – The National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass Series: Holders of federal passes, such as the Senior Pass or Access Pass, may be eligible for discounts on individual campsites. It is always recommended to check with the park office directly or consult the Recreation.gov website for the most current information regarding pass benefits and applicability to specific campsites.

  • Off-Season Rates: While Cedar Ridge is generally open from April 1st to October 15th, some federal campgrounds may offer reduced rates during "shoulder seasons" (early spring or late fall) when demand is lower. It's advisable to check the Recreation.gov site for exact seasonal pricing.

Campsite fees at Cedar Ridge Campground typically range from approximately $22.00 to $24.00 per night for sites with electric and water hookups, with variations based on amperage (30 amp vs. 50 amp service).

For the most accurate and up-to-date information on fees, availability, and any potential offers or discounts, it is strongly advised to visit the official Recreation.gov website (where reservations are made for these federal campgrounds) or contact the Clinton Lake Project Office directly. Booking reservations in advance is highly recommended, especially for popular sites like "Site 47" or during peak camping season, as sites can be reserved up to six months ahead of time.

Really nice rocked sites except for quite a bit of slant. Lake and night sky are beautiful. It is difficult to access the lake and no good swimming areas.

This campground is really built for RV camping vs tent. You will want to get camp sites that are closure to the water because they are less exposed to the sun. Fun disc golf course if you are into that.

Loved it!! Gary and Linda at the booth up front are definitely awesome individuals!!!! After quiet time there wasn't a single sound that wasn't nature. I'm a little embarrassed that I'm only 30 minutes away and this last week was the first time I've stayed there.
