My friend and I waited around for 4 1/2 hours, waiting for the landlord to get home from work, with him knowing that we drove down there from north Missouri. He reused to show us any trailers. We were told that the trailers would need some fixing up, and that we could do some of the work ourselves. He told us that "only HE does the work on the trailers" and when I asked about us doing some of the work, he said "nope, I do it. I've been burned before". On top of that, he wanted $500 & $550 in rent!!! When we were told beforehand that the rents were $450 & $400. When I said that he had a hellava way of running a business, he said, " it's my way, or no way!!" I wouldn't rent a trailer there for love nor money, unless the owner got rid of his landlord/manager!!!

An old fixer upper is exactly what I was looking for. These old mobile homes are a great way for someone like me with multiple skills to add property value to an otherwise a almost neglected residence during the off season

The landlord was not professional. Told me i cant yell for my kids because it disturbes the peace. We was gathering at my place for fathers day and he came to my guest asking unnecessary questions. I also had to change my locks due to him just walking in my house. We moved shortly after I woke up with him in my trailer. Standing in my kitchen.
