Not a bad place, mother-in-law lives there. Some beautiful homes. But there is a felon (confirmed by public records) that lives there. I see him walking shirtless and looking in peoples yards and have caught him a couple times looking into windows as he passes by homes. I would give more stars if he wasn't lurking around.

I don't know alot of people that live in this trailer park, but the times I've been there it seems quiet and I didn't see or hear any drama from neighbors

Lived there the owner is out of state and not too bright and the maintenance staff is a joke
