This underscores the park's commitment to maintaining its adult-oriented atmosphere, which can appeal to those seeking a quiet and mature environment free from the typical bustle of family-centric neighborhoods.
  • No Pets Allowed: It is important for prospective residents to note that Colonial Manor Mobile Home Park has a "no pets" policy. Forced into homelessness , because this park does not allow family orientated structure.lost a career and finances due to a loss of grandparent for overnight childcare to simply go to work.devistated... no pets no persons under 55 allowed to enter the park or else threatened with lawsuits including elderly home owners. Thanks for bieng non human, yet cats and dogs roam free in park spreading diseases and flees like the plague. No family allowed even through hard times.but rogue animals / pets/ and offenders are welcome ? This is society's people today where human lives don't matter.

Park mgmt ( Mrs. Cheryl ) is unprofessional and is a poor representation for this community. She jumps to conclusions often without verifying facts and she does not correct mistakes she makes regarding false accusations made by residents. She could improve on taking care of important obligations in the park pertaining too power outages in a timely mannor. If your gonna be the face of a community, make it what it always has been up until now. It used to be a pleasant quiet place that i could count on to be a sace place for loved ones to retire. It used to be a community that helped one another and looked out for one another. It can still change provided that the good residents dont get fed up and leave all because one person isnt doing what is necessary too lead and promote helping eachother and as rates increase, its becoming less affordable and all it takes is for those who are able to step up and help. Give good advice and focus on order of operations when it comes too priorities and park responsibilities such as making sure residents have power ( lot 118 for example ) after major storms. I will update this as that change occurs and give credit when credit is due. Good luck on making that difference this community needs. Thanks for reading and dont forget too rate this post if you agree with the facts mentioned above. Love your neighbor. Its that time. Lets work together and get back what has been lost in this park and thats order and if your able, help your neighbor as if it was yourself in these hard times after havoc. If anyone needs a hand and cant afford too pay much reach out too the right people and be careful when hiring folks to do work because some get the money and run over and over yet thru are still allowed to remain in the park without paying rent ( daryl )

Very Quite and safe park! Management is doing a great job trying to clean up the park! Very close to shopping, restaurants and a hospital is less than 4 miles away. I think the park needs to be stricter on the rules. Maybe install gates to keep out people that don't belong? I gave 1star less because a pool and more activities would be a added bonus. Keep up the great work!

Recently a Murder accrued here 3 doors down from my home .After reading online the police Report it's states he was a felon when he moved in for a crime that prevented him from having a gun . This lady died with a bullet to her head / face .What happened to safety of residents .No security to keep this park safe or lack of concern of back ground checks .I thought I was moving to a place that is safe .

Colonial Mobile Manor News. Let this be an example to all our neighbors. What a nice surprise this morning. One of the owners of Kingsley (Madison) stopped by and gave us this thank you. It’s so nice to be recognized for taking pride in where we live and for following park rules. Trust that they “see” who is a good tenant and those who are not. I’m not at liberty to say right now but there was also quite a substantial gift included. A huge Thank you goes out to Kingsley and our manager team, Cheryl and Brian.
