Customer Reviews
This is such a beautiful place with very friendly people in this mobile home park 55+. I want to someday be a part of this little community and become a snow bird myself.
We visited winter 2023. Good people. Very nice community located across the bridge from beautiful amity rich Bradenton. With gorgeous beaches minutes away, who needs a costly pool. Nice community center, ok fast food and great grocery store all in walking, bike and cart distance. Best of all.. is the cost is really reasonable.
While I have never been to this mobile home park. I did see aerial views and photos on Google and it looks very nice. That being said, it is evident from the aerial views that they are very small lots which is very common for mobile parks and they may have car ports. They are also not far from the waterfront and a Publix grocery store. They also have shuffle board courts and a club house with amenities.
I have been living here for ten years now. Neighbors moved in with 8 wind chimes. Drove me nuts for 5 years ( the board of directors would do nothing). I finally moved to a quieter place in the park. It's paradise here until the wind chimes weirdos move in. Keeping my fingers crossed!
This is a well kept secret beautiful little mobile park , lovely place to call home . I have a 600 hundred dollar home in Minnesota pd in full and I’m still trying to get in here had some identity theft problems but I still think it’s worth trying again to get in here knowing that they are careful who they allow in .
