every time i come here there is barley anywhere to park because this old lady (1028 davis) always parks in the visitors parking and has put duct tape on my car to tell me to not park their when it is not her parking spots. we have politely informed her that it is public parking and she has her own parking spot with plenty of room and she responded with "i dont care". it is very dumb and petty how i cant come and see family because she wants to take up all of the parking and be rude to us .
I have lived here since 1999 had no problem with anyone until last year and that was the girl that came to visit her boyfriend Kali Withrow she evens climbs in the window if no one is at home. So how can she be a family member she is not,
