There is onsite management and new property owners. There are multiple homes for sale and one lot available to move a home onto. Shawntelle is the manager and she is super sweet! The property has been cleaned up a lot and improvements are being made every day.

The place is run down management rarely evry comes through, there all on a community water line so when someone bust your pipes youll have a much bigger water bill you can call to dispute it but they refuse too kick out the guy who keeps busting his pipes.
