Customer Reviews
I live in a different mobile home community owned by these crooks and they don't want to fix our trailer so they are trying to evict us when it's a rent-to-own that's how stupid they are besides being useless.
I like living here. It is calm. Management is horrible. Very unprofessional never gets anything done. Gets upset that we check on the status of pending requests. It took them 5 months to resolve my issue. I asked for a storage back in July it is now October and management is still "working on it".
Went inside the office to ask a simple qiestion about this community. She wasn't even friendly. Very very very RUDE. Just because of that we just left. I wouldn't put up with that living there for the rest of my life. Truly feel for the people living there. God bless them.
This is the most horrible place to live. Lived here for 3 years they keep changing the office manager seems like they find a even more ruder person with each new one. They charge u monthly to take care of ur lawn and when their staff fails to cut ur grass that u already paid for they charge u an extra 90 dollars. This place is a joke. They are extremely horrible to their tenants be prepared for them to file eviction on u if ur only a day or 2 late because u can't get in the office to pay ur rent cause it's always closed.
I lived in this horrible trailer park fireworks were going on Forth Of July Fireworks were going off New Years Day Trailer 178 makes noise all night I thought that's going against trailer park rules it's also against city ordeance I wasn't a troubled tenant butt I work day & night & I don't want to hear my neighbors making noise I wouldn't recommend this trailer park to my worst enemy
