The people that run the place think they are better than you and are kinda on a power trip. And if you break any rules they single you out and try to get rid of you. That's my experience anyways maybe I'm wrong. But that's the way it seems

Non drinkable water. Rude irresponsible office management. Ever since switching management, the two new women are never in the office and don’t answer the phone. One of the women are extremely rude and gives out false information about appointments. She supposedly set up, But the day of the appointment will tell you she has no idea what you’re talking about. Called three times over the past week to get my name removed from my lease. So far no luck. I miss Micah and Billy. Do better ladies.

Update 10/2024: My mom found a place, no thanks to these guys. Notice how they reached out to other bad reviews but not this one. The new manager has a habit of screwing people over on purpose. My mom is in a pretty desperate situation to find something and they told her they had one available but she couldn't show it until today (Tuesday, 6/25). She gets all the way over there and they tell her that they rented it out yesterday, and basically gave her a “tough shit” attitude. I have moved out of here last year but my experience wasn't the greatest either with the office staff or maintenance. (Took until halfway through my lease to get a working dishwasher.) Be prepared that this corporation is willing and ready to screw you over at any moment for money.
