Customer Reviews
You get what you pay for and the work you are willing to put in to make your place nice. We've been here 5 months and any issues are always addressed promptly by management. People keep to themselves mostly but the ones we've met are lovely. Ali (owner) is approachable ( a sweetheart really), if you have any concerns or issues he tries to work with you for a satisfactory outcome. With what I seen and heard I feel that the bad reviews are just retaliation for an eviction (either drugs or non payment of rent). Its also cheaper than anywhere else in Okemos for a 2 bedroom. For the first time in a long time, when I walk through the door it feels like home.
The newer owner here has really turned this place around. There's constant renovations and improvements taking place and I've noticed the tenants are much more friendly than the people that used to occupy some of these homes. We all get along well and I'm happy to have such good neighbors.
I think the park needs a lot of work. But Ali's doing all he can do to make the best It can be. He puts money's into the park for improvement and removal of trash. It looks so much better.
Alright so I called this joint 3-10-25 @ 11:56AM and I’m greeted which I’m assuming is Ali with a “Hi Mya 🥰😘” and I immediately said I wasn’t her and I gave him my name and he was upset because he asked me twice “Where did you get my number?” And I told him twice “Uh sir this number is listed on Google and on your website” it’s like he didn’t believe me lol so then I proceeded to ask him if he had any available units by the end of April of this year and he told me in a nasty tone “I’ll call you back 😡” lol and I see why this joint has so many 1 stars because of how unprofessional and smooth brained the landlord is…. Also PS Have Mya fix your number situation on Google and on your website bub :)
UPDATE: We have now been here for 3 years and we still love it! We have expanded our family and Ali is being very quick to get us into a bigger place for us. He is really turning the park around and making huge changes! Has been fixing trailers and doing all plumbing and work that needs to be done. Whenever we have issues he is quick to send someone to fix it, everytime. He has always been here for us and is honestly like family. If you are looking for a respectable and affordable place to raise your family, i would suggest this place 100x over. Me and my family love it here! All thanks to our landlord, Ali! 🤟 My fiance, I and our two children have been living in the park for two years now. This place has improved a lot over the last few years. Ali is patient and kind. I ended up in the hospital for 4 months and almost lost my baby due to complications, he was understanding about us being late on rent for those months and has looked out for us and our well being ever since we moved in. Whenever we've had an issue it is fixed immediately. They are making improvements everyday. If you and your family are looking for a quiet place to settle down, I recommend Winslow mobile home park !
