The availability of flexible financing options and free credit applications is a significant ongoing offer, designed to make home ownership or rental more attainable for a wider range of individuals and families. The community also highlights the generally "unbelievably fair" rent, as noted by a resident, which suggests a consistent pricing model focused on affordability rather than short-term discounts.

Customer Reviews
Living in Mill Pond was my first experience living in a mobile home park as an adult! Jade and Melissa do a wonderful job at taking care of not only park but the residents also. Having the Easter bunny, santa, and other celebrations is great in bringing the community together. Rent is unbelievably fair, my neighbors are quiet and kind ❤️ I enjoy living here!
Mill Pond just set up 17 new homes with various floor plans. The homes are quality built by Clayton. The Community is improving each and every day. Management has set up a central School Bus Stop and Pickup location within the Community. The Office Staff and Maintenance Crew are very knowledgeable and experienced. There are Community Activities throughout the year for Community Members. Mill Pond is a warm and inviting place you'd want to check out if you're looking for quality affordable family friendly turnkey homes.
I have lived in some terrible places and have to say after 3years of living here I am happy. I came here as a first time home owner and since day one management has always been helpful and getting things done best to their ability. I see lots of complaining and it’s so sad, management can only do so much on their own and we as the community should lend a hand. I don’t see anyone saying anything about starting a neighborhood watch? I myself have gotten a ring camera incase anything happens and a neighbor needs my help. So why can’t others, unfortunately crime is all around and we are just letting it spill into our neighborhoods. We should be standing together but instead residents are too busy trying to point fingers.
Current management is as shady as they come.. If you asked them to fix something nothing gets done. If you Keep asking you get violations .. When you send written notices of the issues not being fixed .You get more violations they don't even stick to your door and claim they did... When you Let the tenants in the community know they have rights that are not being met by management you get violations and threats of eviction.. But ask them.. Great place to live. There isn't poison ivy all over, and the roads and bridges are definitely not covered in safety cones and caution tape because they are falling apart or unsafe... Not at all ... Avoid at all cost!!!
I’ve lived here for 2 years the new management is ten times better than the last crew. I never have any problems they keep the park clean, host parties, and give away back to school supplies etc. also the new maintenance team is wonderful!!
