For many Arkansas locals, particularly those embracing the freedom of RV travel or seeking cost-effective, long-term housing options, finding a dependable and friendly RV park is essential. Creekside RV Park, located in the charming city of Batesville, stands out as a practical and welcoming choice. Positioned centrally in the city's landscape, Creekside offers a straightforward, no-frills, and highly affordable solution for manufactured home living or overnight stays.
The park operates with a focus on core service—providing a safe, clean, and stable environment. The true highlight of Creekside RV Park, as noted repeatedly by actual customers, is the exceptional service and friendly, accommodating nature of the owners, Joe and his wife. Residents appreciate the personal touch, with one customer stating, "The owner went above and beyond to help us get settled in our spot," demonstrating the local, hands-on hospitality that defines the Natural State. This level of personalized care ensures that even when services like the bathhouse are temporarily closed, communication is clear and upfront, avoiding any unwelcome surprises for guests.
While a significant portion of the park is dedicated to full-time residents, a clear indication of its stability and desirability as a long-term home base in Batesville, Creekside also keeps a limited number of sites open for those just passing through the region for a night or a long weekend. This mixed-use approach supports both the local community's need for affordable housing and the needs of travelers exploring the Ozark Gateway region. The park is highly commended for offering level, shaded spots—a major benefit during the notoriously hot Arkansas summer months. Creekside RV Park is not an over-the-top resort; it’s a commitment to being a clean, accessible, and friendly place to call home, even if only for a night.

Joe and his wife are very nice and accommodating. Park is in decent shape, we had a somewhat shady, level spot which helped since our AC had a mind of it's own. Most sites people live there full time, there may be 5 sites for those who just want to spend a night or two. Bathrooms were closed which wasn't ideal since it was stupid hot, but Joe told us that when we called to make the reservation. Rate was reasonable $35 a night, but check out was at 10 a.m. which made it difficult for us since we had appointment in town and wasn't able to leave until 11. So we paid the extra $15 to stay until noon.
Jun 24, 2025 · c landWe really enjoyed our long weekend stay. Clean place. Friendly owner. We had a very nice spot. The owner went above and beyond to help us get settled in our spot. They didn't have the bathhouse open, but we knew that before arriving, and we didn't need it. But it was nice that he let us know ahead.
Jun 01, 2025 · Jennie WatkinsI enjoy Creekside, nice owners and quiet area near the "beach". Across the road is Hawgs gas station where you can get almost anything you need food wise.
May 30, 2025 · Shaun fauszGreat place with great owners. Level spots, clean showers, and on site laundry. Worth the stay if in town.
Dec 15, 2019 · Tyler St.LouisCamp Ground was perfect. Nice and clean. But the owner is all about his money. I went to visit my husband just for a week while he’s working out of state for 3 months He charged us 15$ each day we was there bc we had more than 2 adults in our camper.
