I have lived here since 2005. Our current management Liz is great. She does a great job communicating and cares about our community. I like the fact I am close to everything essential, It does not take long to get most places. Our community is fairly quiet and our prices are reasonable.

I have been out here going on 3 years never had any problems with anybody until Elizabeth got out here. She is not as nice as you would think. She come to my house every week and try to fine me for every little thing. But not to mention my master bathroom tub is about to fall through the floor. She won't give out corporate number cause she know if they get called out here she really gonna lose her job. How can you evict someone for nothing. I pay my rent on time and don't bother nobody.

Wonderful place to live. Elizabeth is a joy who always has a smile on her face. She is very pleasant and continuously asks if there is anything she can do. Anyone who says anything negative about her is just someone who doesn't want to admit they are breaking the rules.

Management will not communicated. After repeating asking about eviction process. When you have to miss work due to your spouse passed away.

This is the worst place for any human being to be living! There are leaks in the trailers and holes in the walls. There are rats everywhere!! It’s hard to get any maintenance service done at all and electricity is faulty! Elizabeth is the worst property manager and a liar! I wish someone would take time to look into this as soon as possible people are truly suffering!! Taking advantage of poor people is evil!!!
