Not bad have had some issues but not many. Pretty ok i guess.
Living here is ok. Most of the neighbors are fairly friendly and keep to themselves. Its a nice park for the most part and doesn't attract a lot of bad attention and unwanted quests like other parks. Main issue is having a supervisor who rarely ever comes and scopes out the park. She manages the park several towns away and seems to be preoccupied with something almost as if our park is an after thought. The park has no community center and no place to really let loose and relax with friends. There are many ridiculous rules and regulations when it comes to your lot. No swimming pools allowed. Absolutely nothing in your yard or you will be fined.
Lot rent is $250.00 for just the land our trailer sits on. They can't even keep our driveway plowed after a major snowstorm! In 8 years our lot rent has gone up $80.00, they raised it recently, in January during a PANDEMIC! They only care about $$. Update: Oh joy the newest owners, lot rent went up, still can't walk on my sidewalk due to flooding nothing like walking through a mud pit to go to your car. Many people put down pacvng stones to try to get the water/flooding situation under control. I'm hopeful but very very doubtful. UPDATE 2/2023 Lot rent went up again! It's 315.00
New owner took over parkbridge investment now it really bad they rule us to death.rule very unfair they treat everyone bad. I lived there for 35 years and had too move because they treated us like garbage. They can't be trusted. Do not move in. I never had any problems until they took over.
Very quiet and nice mobile home park. I visit quite frequently as my bestie lives there .
