This place is ran like complete garbage. The owners will complain about a rake being left in your yard but refuse to fix the copious amount of potholes throughout the drive. My last straw was being told after living there for 5 years that they had no record of me purchasing my trailer and I would have to pay double my lot rent a month, meanwhile the trailer wasn't even livable under most people's standards. Don't waste your time!
Great place to live friendly people. Me and my family live in the trailer Stephanie lived in and it was livable just needed work. Love it here!
Terrible road ways. Homes falling apart. Yards overgrown. Large trees dangerous to homes. Poor drainage systems.
I used to live here when I was 7 this was the best place to shoot bb guns and go to the gastation to get snacks
