    Absolutely horrible management. She tries to make new tenants pay the second they put in an application before ever signing a lease, she will also make you pay for the previous tenant because of her own negligence to make them pay! Threatened to evict us and all we had done was put in an application! This park floods severely too, neighbors threaten to harm your animals and your property and nothing is ever done properly! Sells trailers without giving anyone their titles! Lies to new potential buyers. Picks who she wants in the park and who she doesn't and if she doesn't you better bet she's harassing you about everything possible! The owner needs new park management asap!!!!

    Wonderful park . Good people for most part . I know there trying here to make it better . They have improved the roads and hopefully it sticks but when walking i fear i see spots are sinking slowly . The bigger issue right now is the flooding . There are several mobile homes that are flooding . One of the new ones is for sale but you better get a boat you will need it. I know they are trying but this has been happening for years . Why did they also choose to put 2 brand New trailers in the flooding lots instead of waiting to fix it before putting them. The road also floods in areas but the more concern is the flooding trailers that can not even leave there home without going through 3-6 inches of water .(that is for a normal rain large rains it gets higher). (note: These people being flood still have to pay full rent of lot that they can not even use for several days after a rain) Hopefully they figure it out .

    2yrs ago you started "fixing" the roads and it's still not done. Neighbors are rude and threaten 14 n 10 yr old boys at the age of 50 or over. Lot rent keeps going up and nothing is improving, Edit, the roads look better and the manager is great (love her actually), I've moved so that solved the neighbor problem. Things seem to be improving. Kudos to you

    Needs cleaned up, and some areas flood really bad!! As a visitor to friends that live there, I feel bad for the ones that live in the flooding areas.
