I lived here MANY years ago when it was still Bob's Mobile Home Park. Nice and quiet, clean, nice little park.
Awful conditions. Terrible. How can you live well and your park and tenants live like that? The streets almost destroyed my car. Absolutely terrible! Ought to be ashamed to own this place. You can see the owner doesn't care at all. Pitiful.
Quiet place to live but roads need to be fixed badly. Drive through slow so you don’t hurt your car.
Don't trust these ppl they are snakes will charge you property tax even if you don't own it they will break into you house and steal your stuff and then try to file court notice to back up the reason why they stole your stuff in the first place.. will charge you rent for months that you didn't even live there and she will try to blame it on you to cover her own behind and tell you she fixed the issue and then tell the owner something different I'm telling you don't say I didn't warn you you will pay in the end after they rob you blind
There is a busted septic tank that they WILL NOT fix ! Smell is so bad I don’t want to come out of my house. Have repeatedly reported the issue over the past several months and they have yet to try and fix it along with the massive potholes everywhere !!
