Really really nice place, especially for the price. Anytime anyone of my friends is looking to move I recommend this place. Really nice people, a nice lake with a dock, outdoor things like grills, benches and a screened in room by the lake. Coin laundry and shuffleboard too, along with an indoor exercise room. They take good care of the roads and make sure everything looks too. I love this place.

Mediocre community. The property is poorly taken care of. Drainage pipes flow water down the street constantly. I paid the lot rent and received a demand notice of payment in 5 days or leave the property. Funny thing is I handed the payment to the manager in her hand. It no longer is a 55 plus community. Kids galore and young adults. Way over 20 percent of people here. So suffice it to say I'm not pleased I bought a home here. If you think I'm fibbing move here and find out.
