- Long-Term Stay Rates: Parks often offer significantly reduced rates for monthly or seasonal stays compared to daily or weekly rates, making it more affordable for those seeking extended residency.
- Annual Leases: For those looking to make Ripley's Sunrise Cove their long-term home, inquire about annual lease options which typically provide the best value.

Customer Reviews
Very clean, quiet place well off the beaten path but close enough to places/things you need. Owners are friendly, yet don't hover. Everyone pretty much keeps to themselves... If you're an early enough riser in the morning, you can catch some amazing sunrise pictures on the lake 😊 I personally have not fished the lake, but let me tell you... the fish that are jumping are huge! Due to the water surrounding the area, mosquitoes definitely love it here! Make sure you prepare yourself for that & you should be fine!
I live here and it's so peaceful and quiet and I love the quietness And it's very safe to live around here that's what I like about it
Quiet place, you can get high for free nightly. At first then they add extra charges to rent and filling their own pocket with electric charges behind the owners back
The owner, Paul is a chump ! Nothing works in this place. Docks are unsafe. Laundry room is a joke nothing works in there either ! The place is a swamp. People get stuck in their own driveway. The people who live here are good people. The park managers are also good people, unfortunately the owner PAUL refuses to let them fix anything. It is a peaceful place and at night you can sit by the lake and enjoy the smell of raw Sewage…. Sad but true ! This could be a great place to live, only if it wasn’t in such disrepair. Paul do you ever plan on bringing this park up to code ?
Perfect place , very quiet, all my neighbors are cool, not a drama park. Managers on sight very nice couple, helpful, and friendly ...the lake is beautiful i havent had time to fish yet, but there always catching fish there. Great place.
