Hinesville is a city in Liberty County, Georgia, and is most notably recognized as the home of Fort Stewart, one of the largest military installations in the United States. This strategic location makes Eagle Creek particularly relevant for military personnel, their families, and civilians employed on or near the base.

The park's address on Brantley Drive places it within a developed area of Hinesville, offering residents relatively easy access to a range of local amenities. Reviews and general location data suggest proximity to essential services, including grocery stores, restaurants, and other retail establishments. Services Offered

Based on customer reviews and available public information, the following outlines the services offered or, in some cases, areas where services have been a point of concern at Eagle Creek Mobile Home Park:

  • Mobile Home Rentals/Sales: The park primarily provides mobile homes for rent, with some residents also mentioning opportunities to purchase trailers.
  • Lot Rentals: It's assumed that the park also offers lots for individuals who own their mobile homes, though reviews focus on rental units.
  • Maintenance Services: The park has a maintenance team, but reviews indicate varying experiences with responsiveness. One resident noted, "Maintenance is a little slow but they get the job done," while another mentioned a significant delay in AC unit replacement during hot weather.
  • On-Site Office/Management: There is an on-site office and management team. However, resident feedback highlights issues with communication, stating "Office management rarely answers the phone" and can be "not helpful at all and very rude." Newer management, however, has been praised for answering phones and keeping residents updated.
  • Online Tenant Portal: According to some information, new management has implemented a "tenant portal to pay rent and submit work orders."
  • Pet Policy (Dogs Only): Based on one review, the park allows dogs but "not cats." However, other information suggests a general "pet-friendly" status, with details regarding pet waste and stray animals being a point of concern for some. Newer information from Roots Management Group, which manages Eagle Creek, indicates a pet policy allowing both cats and dogs with associated fees and breed restrictions, and a "PooPrints" DNA registration program for dogs.
  • Community Amenities: While older reviews mention the property was previously neglected, newer information (likely under Roots Management Group) indicates planned or existing amenities such as:
    • Playground
    • Brand-new mail center
    • Community-Hosted Events
    • Picnic Areas
    • On-Site Office (as mentioned above)
    • Security camera system (planned/installed with new management)
    • On-site laundry facility (planned/installed with new management)
  • Road Maintenance: Some historical reviews mentioned "terrible roads," though newer management has reportedly "repaved" roads.
  • Trash/Waste Management: One older review mentioned "Dumpster area has poor lighting so be careful when taking trash out and Vultures will be around it when there is dead food."

Promotions or Special Offers

Based on the available information and recent public data, Eagle Creek Mobile Home Park, under its new management (Roots Management Group), does appear to offer specific incentives and value propositions that could be considered "special offers."

One notable promotion mentioned is "No application fees for active duty military!" This is a significant benefit for a park located in Hinesville, catering heavily to the Fort Stewart community, directly reducing the initial cost for military families. This specific offer suggests an understanding and appreciation for military service members.

Furthermore, the park's website (via Roots Management Group) indicates an "Establish Your Roots' Rental Conversion Program" and a "Resident Referral Program." While details are not fully elaborated in the provided snippets, these programs suggest pathways for current renters to potentially transition to homeownership within the community or for existing residents to receive benefits for referrals, fostering community growth and resident loyalty.

The major ongoing "special offer" is the extensive renovation and revitalization of the park under new management. This includes repaved roads, new signage, security cameras, new homes, and renovated older homes. These significant investments enhance the living environment and overall property value, providing a higher quality of life for residents that could be seen as an implicit promotion compared to neglected properties. The amenities like the playground and planned laundry facility also add value without necessarily being "promotions" in the traditional sense, but they enhance the living experience.

Prospective residents are encouraged to directly contact Eagle Creek Mobile Home Park to inquire about current availability, detailed terms of the military application fee waiver, information on the rental conversion or referral programs, and any other specific move-in specials that may be available.

Conclusion: Why this place is suitable for locals

For Georgians considering mobile home living in the Hinesville area, particularly those connected to Fort Stewart, Eagle Creek Mobile Home Park offers a evolving and potentially suitable option. While past reviews highlight significant challenges, recent information points to a strong commitment to improvement under new management, making it a place with growing potential for local residents.

One of the primary reasons for its suitability is its strategic location. Situated on Brantley Drive, it provides exceptional accessibility to Fort Stewart, making daily commutes for military personnel and their families highly convenient. Its proximity to essential amenities like Walmart, various restaurants, and other retail outlets means that daily errands and entertainment are within easy reach, reducing travel time and enhancing quality of life for busy Georgians.

Furthermore, the significant investments and ongoing improvements by the new management (Roots Management Group) are a key factor in its increasing suitability. The repaving of roads, installation of security cameras, and renovation of homes address previous concerns and demonstrate a commitment to creating a safer, more well-maintained, and desirable community. For locals seeking a place where their living environment is actively being improved, Eagle Creek offers a compelling narrative of positive change.

The park's focus on being an "all-age manufactured home community" with a playground suggests it's designed to cater to families, a large demographic in the Hinesville area. The "no application fees for active duty military" promotion directly appeals to our state's vital military population, providing a tangible benefit. While some historical issues with management responsiveness and pet policies exist, newer information indicates a more structured and pet-friendly approach (allowing both dogs and cats with a DNA program), and the implementation of an online tenant portal aims to improve communication and service requests.

In conclusion, while Eagle Creek Mobile Home Park has faced challenges, its current trajectory under new management, coupled with its excellent location and family-friendly amenities, makes it a community worth considering for Georgians. It's a place that appears to be striving to be a "safe and well-maintained community that many families and hard-working Americans are proud to call home."

Office management rarely answers the phone the lady that was in the office when I went in there was not helpful at all and very rude. The application process is horrendous and not only is it $50 it is $50 PER person. They also don’t say anything about their pet policy. They allow dogs but not cats. They have animal control come and cart away the strays that have been there for possibly years. As an animal advocate this is just disgusting in my opinion. We were looking at purchasing a home in the neighborhood. After waiting a very long while almost 2 months to hear anything back we were very disappointed to hear that this whole process was a waste of time and money.

Rent has gone up to 1000 without warning. I was offered to buy the trailer. Then I get the the run around about they gotta get something situated with the city, the location, the price. I been waiting on the sales team to reach out and nothing. I been living here for 5 years in the nice trailer.. I also not happy they gave me 2 ac units for the big ass trailer I am in since my main ac unit have went out. Don't know when a new one will be installed. It's a 100 degrees. Trailer feel like a furnace.

From what I saw, the area is clean, people were attending to the children playing outside. What liked the most was the lack of loud Audio (boom, boom, boom) forms card as they drove in the neighborhood. You can visit with a friend without all of the loud musIc playing outside. Criticize me if you must. I was nice to visit a friend with all the loud music booming so loud that you can't sit outside a have good conversation. You would be surprised. With that being said, I enjoyed my visit. Thanks

Office management is very unreliable. I have been waiting for them to contact me regarding how much I owe for my home. And they have not contacted me. They just push it off. The trees near my home has become a problem, told management as well. Nothing to solve the problem. Cats everywhere! Dogs leaving their waste everywhere and owners not picking it up.

We have lived in Eagle Creek for 11 years. We have been made a lot of promises throughout the time of everyone buying and selling this park over and over again. At one point I had to get in touch with code enforcement because my floors were literally falling apart. This new company has kept us updated with everything going on, They answer their phones, and it really seems like they care. I really hope it stays like this because this place could be great. Congratulations on your new property. I can’t wait to see what y’all do to the place! 😊(Side note the speed bumps are horrible)
