Lovely ladies working in the office who tell you you're lying when you call because the grass is 10 feet tall and garbage from the trashboat keeps flying onto my property. Not to mention this gem is sitting on the one usable corner of a wetland. Then again, compared to the sales lot, I guess this is exceptional.

Very unprofessional very bad with maintenance highly suggest going somewhere else they will illegally evict you from somebody else and won’t repair anything when needed just to withhold your deposit for their own negligence

The people are thieves, when they were Gumbranch Mobile Homes they took our $6,650 down payment and gave us nothing in return, we took them to small claims court and won the case and seen nothing as of yet and probably never will, so any business transactions with these low down thevies you better BEWARE, BEWARE OF THESE THIEVES
