Customer Reviews
Great mobile home park so far and Jennifer at the office is absolutely amazing and helps with anything she can
The maintenance guy doesn't like having dogs unattended, but yet there are a bunch of cats wondering around like they have no owner. I've seen him drive past other dogs off lead with their person outside, and he just drives by and does nothing about it. Some people's lots full of stuff for months, but we get a notice every week that it seems about something different in our lot that's not supposed to be there. Kinda nuts to pick and choose what standard works for you. How about that standard applies to all, not just a few houses. Makes it seem like he's got something against us for complaining about the dog park not being maintained by the landscaper, which made more work for him each week. Because after that is when we started getting notices.
My husband and I have attempted to get a place through the park on a few occasions, originally a man helped us, he was very kind but limited on knowledge, this last time around, it was a lady, we put in an application, and then proceeded to call and email with no response. She then proceeded to call the inlaws that live in the park and claim they never heard from us. I have since lost any shred of interest in the park due to negligence. I am especially concerned because confidential information is on the documents that they claim to have never received. I give 3 stars because while their communication is lacking, they are still kind, the park is always quiet, and as far as parks go, it appears to be a nice neighborhood.
It is a trailer park. It looks clean and well maintained. My only concern was observing 3 teenage boys wandering in the park at 4 AM.
I've lived here for 3 years and honestly cannot say anything negative about the park. As of right now I am facing eviction because I am laid off work. The manager told me not to worry and everything will be okay. I am a single father with 2 little boys so I always worry. Long story short I love it here and highly recommend this park to anyone.
