Scenic, clean and unique. You actually own the property. You pay the taxes. So much better than lit rent. Especially nowadays when corporations own most rentals and rent control it not to mention Jack the rents spontaneously in unaffordable amounts
Cute subdivision! Everyone is so friendly! Great seasonal rentals: small but functional. Updated pool and other facilities, club house events on weekends. Short drive to many attractions in Petoskey, Harbor Springs and Indian River for downtown food and shopping as well as exploring nature (hiking, kayaking, boating). Dollar store and Louie’s Fresh market is just across the rd too!
I love this small little community! It has a very low yearly maintenance fee, and if you can find it very good deals on lots and homes. So all in all you can live here very reasonably. The neighbors are very inviting and make you feel right at home.
I spent a lot of time here for several years and loved every minute of it. The pool is beautiful and so is the clubhouse. The tennis courts provided lots of fun for my mom and I. I will miss it, however we bought a house not far away
