I lived here 10 plus years ago and the management then was straight garbage so I left and in December I moved back and it is AMAZING!! CLEAN and the staff is great!! If you have a problem they are quick to help! If you keep your yard cut and clean and pay your bills on time there is no reason to complain 😉
Absolutely terrible management, and they only raise prices on lot rent with zero improvements to the location or land. Save your money and rent elsewhere, because you can own here and still pay the office 700 for LOT RENT
Racist and harassment are they're cornerstone. A review 7 years ago says the same thing and it's still happening. Office will harass you with racist comments.
I live there it's quiet not much prime and all that I know of I just wish there was more women my age in the park since I'm not a widower
They town your car even if is inside of your rental land... They don't say anything about that in the contract.... worst place... Is like living in your own home but with apartments regulation.
