We have camped here a number of times. In the past is has been a good experience. This year there was a big change. A lot of issues that created a negative experience. From store closing in the middle of the day to bathrooms being.well below standards for cleanliness this place is a disappointment this year

We stayed here in June 2024 and were supposed to receive a refund check due to our stay being absolutely horrible. Stove didn’t work in the first cabin. Then the next cabin carbon monoxide detector was going off. Unfortunately we still have no received the refund check even with communication to the company. You should be sending the check with a fedex tracking number so both parties know when and where the check is. Please respond to my emails.

Spent the Holiday Weekend here and had absolutely zero problems! The pool looked great and the temperature was perfect. I come every year and you can clearly see the amazing progress the new Maintenance team has made. Speaking of which, the new Maintenance Supervisor, at the drop of a hat, helped me guide my trailer into my site and helped me with my boat as well. This was the 1st year I was alone, and with his help it took away stress and anxiety and I was very appreciative. The changing of the guard was much needed there, and I look forward to returning!

We stayed here 3 nights while attending the air show at Osh Kosh. The only amenity, besides the showers, that we really needed, was the laundry. It was closed down and appeared to have been closed for quite some time because there was a permanent looking sign telling of a laundromat in town, several miles away. My husband used the shower, and the worn-out shower head sprayed water over the partition and got his clothes wet. He had to wear the wet clothes back to the rv and change. No clotheslines are allowed, although they are everywhere, and no laundry, so we had wet clothes to deal with. The pool closed at 7:00 pm and was closed for an hour during the day for a total of 7 open hours a day. The waterslide was closed down, and it didn't look like it was being repaired. If the owners are going to advertise and charge for these amenities, they need to get them operational.

We have been camping at this location for 31 years. Our kids have precious memories of the lake site we have always reserved. I am sad to say that over the last several years it has declined dramatically in so many ways. First of all, the dock on our lake site was unusable, which was a huge disappointment. Our site was covered with the remnants of water balloons. Are the sites not cleared of debris between reservations? We also sure miss the garbage bag removal service. The electrical box didn’t work on one of our sites. The port-a-potties were awful. The men’s bathroom was a mess. For the price of these sites, you would think there would be more motivation in the area of service. The bait shop/rental area looks like a dump - totally unacceptable. I’m glad I no longer have children using the pool! I watched both life guards as they talked to girls constantly and rarely glanced at the pool. Two of the employees I spoke to admitted the place is going downhill. Dumping Yogi was a mistake too. I say all of this not to whine and complain - that’s not my reason for leaving this review - my intention is to get the attention of the current owners/manager to let them know that long-time customers are sad and disgusted to see a place that holds so many wonderful memories slowly disintegrate. PLEASE invest some time and money into this property and bring it back to what it once was. If you can’t or won’t, please sell it to someone who will.
