Promotions or Special Offers

Haines Creek RV Village, like many established RV resorts, offers various rate structures and potential incentives, particularly for longer stays or specific times of the year. While direct "promotions" in the form of coupon codes are less common for an RV park of this nature, its value proposition often comes through its flexible pricing and specific offers for extended stays.

  • Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Rates: HCRV offers flexible rates to accommodate different stay durations. For instance, daily rates might start at $45.00-$75.00 (Off-Season/Peak Season), weekly at $280.00-$355.00, and monthly rates can range from $550.00-$725.00 (Off-Season/Peak Season) for 1-2 month stays, with lower rates for 3-5 month stays. These structured rates are often more competitive for longer visits.
  • "Snowbird" Rates: A significant offer for many Floridians and out-of-state visitors is the "Snowbird Rate" (e.g., 6x6 rate for $3,570.00 yearly), which often allows for occupancy for six consecutive months (typically October 1-March 31) with the site reserved for the next season. This provides a cost-effective and convenient solution for seasonal living.
  • Inclusion of Utilities in Daily/Weekly Rates: Daily and weekly rates typically include water, sewer, and power, simplifying budgeting for shorter stays. Monthly rates generally include water and sewer, with electricity metered separately (no markup).
  • Complimentary Park Wi-Fi: All rates include complimentary Wi-Fi access, adding value to the stay.
  • RV Storage Options: For residents on longer leases (like the 6x6 Snowbird rate), RVs can often be stored in a dedicated storage area at no charge when not occupied, or removed for travel.
  • Deposit Structure: While not a "promotion," the clear deposit structure for various stay lengths (e.g., $100 for weekly, $300 for 1-2 months, full month's rent for 2+ months) provides transparency for financial planning.

It is crucial for interested individuals to contact the park directly or visit their official website for the most current and specific rate information, including any special events that may carry different rates, as well as details on deposits and cancellation policies. Rates and terms are effective from specific dates (e.g., November 1, 2024, as seen in public data) and are subject to change.

This was our second time to Haines Creek, once four years ago and another for February and March of 2021. We had planned to stay in Kissimmee, had booked it months ahead, sent in a deposit, called to confirm before the 900+ mile drive, but when we got their they had given away our site and had no others large enough for our unit. After spending one night in Kissimmee at another RV park, hearing noise from the streets, overhead the people coming and going to work or play we were not to upset we weren't staying but where were we going to stay? So we called Sue and George at Haines Creek and they found us a spot for our two months stay. They are the new owners and are so nice, they even dog sat our puppy one day so we could go air boat riding with our children. The park is full of nice people, its a 55+ park with a boat ramp, laundry, showers and bathrooms. They have a rec hall with events and people get together for different celebrations. The park is greatly improved since our stay four years ago but the one thing that hasn't changed is how nice the people are. There is everything around there that you can think of, Walmart's, markets, restaurants, theaters, boat rentals, several big dog parks, including a small one at the RV park. I can't say enough about how nice it is to stay there and about how nice the new owners, Sue and George, are.

I wanted to share my experience that was not good. When i came in to reserve a spot I was told by Christina that we could take a ride around the park so I could pick a spot. Debbie the manager came in and joined us on the ride around. I picked a spot. No, no , Debbie said, “that does not get much shade”. I picked another spot. No, no “thats not good either”, Lot 29 will be a good one for you. I felt pushed into this spot but tried not to think to much about it. After about a month I noticed my camper getting this thick yellow coating on my camper. It felt sticky . I noticed it on my car as well. I had mentioned it to several people in the park what I noticed going on with my camper and no one said anything. I decided to wash the rv again and went on the roof to start and it was so slick, i had to finish the job on my knees because it was very slippery. Dangerously so. This was not my first time washing my rig either. I mentioned again to someone in the park, Bob, the widower and he said that he heard on the news about some sand storm happening somewhere in the world, maybe it has something to do with that. Did not make sense but was really bothering me by now. Could not figure it out. I had been there for 4 months troubled by this, not understanding why this was happening. Finally after 5 months I started talking to this guy on the dock and he told me it is a sweetgum tree. And that several people before you have left angry because it can take the paint off your car. Needless to say, Debbie the manager, Bob the widower and several other people knew this was happening but thought they could just gaslight me with the hopes that i ‘d be a good little girl and forget about it. Also, the park had high hopes that I would be the widower Bobs next wife. Told to me by the widower himself. Teusday coffee was gossip hour about how this was going to happen. What I learned is beware of Debbie the manager because shes two faced and becareful for Bob as he has no integrity. Caught him in many lies. And lastly, beware of lot 29.. its got a sweet gum tree , it flooded out during storms and stunk to high heaven, mosquitos are absolutely out of control. And the lot itself is very high maintenace racking leaves and sweetgum balls dropping all day everyday. I don t know how many times i slipped on one of thise sweetgum balls and almost landed on my butt.
