Decent size trailer park in town, lots are small and tight but neat and tidy. They must cater to transient workers, as many are large pull behind campers and motorhomes.
I have lived here on two separate occasions while under the previous owners/management. Since that time, the lot rent has doubled, with very few changes or improvements, to justify the increases. The lot rent alone is approximately $800 per month, in addition to any mobile home payment you may have. I am surprised that some of the people that live there can even afford it!
I have not had the pleasure of staying here but I hope I do get the chance. I have been searching for an availability for my RV and have yet to find anything. I called Hastings and even though they were booked, they were nice enough to put me on a waitlist. They even went above and beyond and emailed me a list of RV parks with their numbers. I have called just about every campground around Minneapolis and This is the only place I would love to stay at and spend my money at. Thank you for being above and beyond.
