Hopkins RV Park boasts a highly advantageous location at 9966 TX-19, Brashear, TX 75420, USA. Its direct placement "right off of highway 19" ensures superb accessibility, which is a significant plus for RVers navigating Texas's road networks. The wide driveway makes getting "in and out of" the park a breeze, a detail often appreciated by those driving larger rigs.

While the park is located in Brashear, a smaller, quieter community, its strategic position on TX-19 means it’s not isolated. As a reviewer accurately pointed out, it's "Not in town, but not too far from it." This perfectly balances the desire for a peaceful, rural setting with convenient access to necessary services. Nearby larger towns, such as Sulphur Springs, are within a reasonable driving distance, offering a wider array of grocery stores, restaurants, and other retail options. This proximity means that guests can easily run errands or enjoy a night out without extensive travel.

The location also caters well to families, with the notable benefit of a "Bus picked up and dropped off the school age kids at the front office." This amenity highlights the park's suitability for long-term residents with school-aged children, providing a safe and convenient transportation solution. Furthermore, the availability of "Walmart delivers groceries here" and "Door dash too" underscores the modern conveniences accessible even from this slightly more rural setting, making daily life incredibly easy for residents. This blend of tranquility, easy highway access, and convenient connections to essential services makes Hopkins RV Park an excellent and practical choice for any RVer in Texas.

  • Value for Extended Stays: A reviewer stayed for "almost a year," highlighting the park's suitability and comfort for very long-term residency, a testament to its features and management.

When considering promotions or special offers at Hopkins RV Park, it's important to understand that parks catering extensively to long-term stays, as Hopkins RV Park clearly does (with a reviewer staying "almost a year"), often structure their "promotions" through competitive extended-stay rates rather than frequent, short-term discounts. While specific flash sales are unlikely, the core value proposition is built into their pricing for longer commitments.

Based on the nature of such a park and common practices, here's what prospective residents in Texas can generally expect regarding pricing and potential benefits:

  • Weekly and Monthly Rates: It is highly probable that Hopkins RV Park offers discounted weekly and monthly rates that are significantly more economical than daily rates. This is a standard practice for parks that accommodate long-term residents and traveling professionals, making extended stays more affordable.
  • All-Inclusive Utility Pricing (for long-term): While not explicitly stated, for monthly rates, some parks either include utilities (electric, water, sewer) or offer a fixed utility charge. This simplifies budgeting for long-term guests. It is crucial to confirm this directly with the park.
  • Value-Added Services: The consistent availability of services like on-site propane sales with delivery, laundry facilities, and WiFi, which are often bundled into the overall site fee, can be considered part of the park's ongoing value proposition. These aren't "discounts" but essential amenities that enhance the stay without extra per-use charges.
  • Family-Friendly Benefits: The school bus pickup and drop-off service is a unique benefit that acts as a "promotion" for families with school-aged children, simplifying their daily routines and providing significant convenience that other parks may not offer.
  • No Hidden Fees (Implied): The positive reviews about communication and the "right prices" suggest a transparent pricing structure, which is a form of value for guests who appreciate clarity and no unexpected charges.

To get the most accurate and up-to-date information on any current rates, long-term discounts, or specific utility inclusions, the best approach for Texans interested in Hopkins RV Park is to contact them directly. Be prepared to ask about:

  • Current daily, weekly, and monthly rates.
  • What utilities are included in each rate tier.
  • Any specific policies for extended stays, including lease agreements or requirements.

Direct communication will provide you with the clearest understanding of their pricing structure and how it benefits your specific travel plans.

Not in town, but not too far from it. They sell propane onsite, have laundry facilities and 2 shower houses. WiFi available in the park too. Walmart delivers groceries here. Door dash too. I stayed here a few months while working in the area. Staff is super friendly and the park is very clean and quite. The laundry room and community showers were always clean. The pads are big enough that you have a nice concrete area in front of your camper to sit and relax. 10 out of 10 recommend for 1 night to long term.
