I have been renting here for over a year and any time i contact the management about an issue they do not do anything. i contacted them about my roof leaking and discoloring my ceiling for OVER a year ago, they have yet to fix it. at the same time i asked them to fix my hose spigots so i could power wash the house, still haven’t fixed those, i asked them recently again since summer is coming up and they still haven’t fixed it. and now i noticed a few days ago my window in my master bedroom is leaking water from outside when it rains and i called them about it and left a voicemail asking them to call me back in the morning bc it was nighttime, never called me back of course. needless to say the management here is horrible and they will STILL have the audacity to raise your rent every year.
May 22, 2025 · Autumn HartwellSo this is rent to own...if something goes wrong with the house. YOU pay for the repairs. Then every year they raise the rent 10%! For a home that's 25 years old? Maintenance does nothing. Snow removal is abysmal. My roof was leaking when we moved in the park refused to fix it. Guess what....so do i
Jul 06, 2024 · Cheese “Cheesecrums” CrumsI have lived here for almost a year. It is a nice quiet place to live. The yards are mowed, and you can tell many home owners apparently take pride in their homes because of the yard work. There are some homes that are in need of love but for the most part the community is nice and well kept. I especially appreciate the management. She works hard to make the place more attractive and enjoyable. I especially love the new work to the path and near the bridge behind the office. She responds quickly if I need work done to my home and is always very polite. She is dedicated to the company and the community. I don’t think things would be a great as they are if she were not the manager.
Dec 04, 2019 · Kimberly RichardsWe rent here and for the most part ita jot bad at all but there are things such as taling care of repairs for residents ect that coukd use some work.
Jun 23, 2024 · FayeCompletely Unwilling to work with you. We were going to buy a home cash...and pay for the entire year of lot rent upfront due to the lower credit score( need 640) due to covid years and choosing not to finance our purchases. They would not accept this offer even though there is zero risk. I wouldn't live there now. Perhaps universe made sure of this.
