Jul 11, 2024 · KimPark manager approved me to live in the park, I paid cash for my home to an individual seller & then she refused to write me a lease. She also told me I could only sell the trailer to her which is not only false, but it is illegal. I was going to take her to court to sue the park, but couldn't come up with the money. DO NOT purchase a home here. I was harassed for the 6 weeks I was there every single day. Approved & kicked out within 6 weeks. She forced my kids & I into homelessness & didn't bat an eye. My trailer is still currently sitting there empty. She's on a power trip & has control problems. Picks favorites & picks on people. I have proof of all of this if anyone ever decides to do something about her.
