Customer Reviews
Just a few pictures in case anyone would like to see what they would be moving in to! We moved into the house extremely dirty and disgusting. There were dirty panties, was spilt on the walls, nasty floors, and the bathrooms were full of pee and used toiletries. We cleaned our way into this home. When we left, we cleaned that place spotless. Even knowing that there was mold all over the inside of my bedroom closet, and knowing that we cleaned that house better than we moved into it, the landlord still refused to give us our deposit back. She stated that she would think about giving it back if we made sure the home was clean. Only after we cleaned this home top to bottom, did she decide that she wasn't giving back the deposit. Needless to say, my fiance and I have contacted our attorney and he has told us not to contact her. We will get our deposit back, and we will be sending her a cleaning bill for cleaning 2 of her trailers!!! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!!
This is a very quiet and nice trailer park. The lawns are kept mowed. You do have to pay for your light bill. It's a decent sized park. It's hard to see the sign for the entrance.
Just want everyone to know that the management has the keys to the trailers and enters without permission when people arent home. They also ask tenants to spy on each other.
Really great place to raise a family. Very attentive owners. Super clean. Respectfully quite!! Beautiful property!!
I've never been here but I'll give it 5 stars anywho
