Customer Reviews
I've lived in this trailer park for 7 years plus. This isn't the best trailer park to live in but it's not the worst. We do not have a part for the children they have to play in the street. The lot managerThey're not allowed to play where the park used to be and they don't even allow them to play in the woods. This place used to be kept clean now it seems like it's going downhill there is not 23 trailers.Light manager does not enforce the rules. And we have no amenities for the price that they charge usI would not drink the water and I will not cook with itIt smells like rotten eggs a lot of times.I personally think it would be a better placeIf they would clean it up. I will review my post after the holidays
I live here and the picture looks NOTHING like the place. You are now charged for water and septic which we were never charged before as well as an increase in lot rent. The kids don't have a park or playground anymore due to them ripping it out and the basketball hoop, no pool and pools are not allowed in your yard for your kids so there is NO PLACE for the kids to play. The water you are charged for is hard, rusty and the lines are constantly needing flushed, bleaches your clothes and stains them with rust and to top it off, most of the time we have boil notices and therefore can't use most of the water. It builds up with sediment in all lines and you have to take appliances apart and clean the hoses.....why pay for water you can't really use? UPDATE: we should be getting a new playground this next spring/summer time which I hope turns out as good as it sounds. I also hear more of this new water system that is to help with our water not being as bad. I am waiting to see when these things will happen but I can say that this owner seems to be all about improving things far more than the previous owner. I hope that in the future he will continue to reach out personally to his residents as he has recently to find out our concerns about where we live but only time will tell....
