No matter how desperate you are never lower yourself to live here!!!!!!!! Have lived here for years...... Extremely unprofessional. Liked the new maintenance man, unfortunately cannot say the same about who is in charge. Disgusting prices and bills. Zero accountability here!
It’s a trailer park not a campground
The trailers a beautiful but the management and maitnance are horrible. The park tenants are mostly drug addicts who break In and steal thing it is horrible place to live and would never recommend it to even my worst enemy. They can not even maintain there properties to MSHDA standards. I have been told repeatedly that they do not like renters. My water has been shut off illigaly several times. The emotion stress of this trailer park is at time to much to handle.
Wasted six weeks of my time and in honestly. Why should I rent from here when they've illegally collected two months of rent from Mshda when I didn't live there. Just getting a run a round from them. Less than one star I actually give.
I have a few problems for sure so I recently purchased a new home and can't get ahold of anyone to transfer my lease or get out of it because no one answers my calls everything goes through the owner and her number isn't ever available but instead directed to the Manager in which she can get ahold of them either so it's like how do you leave also I was told I would have a title in which I never received
