As a Resident-Owned Community (R.O.C. Inc.) for individuals aged 55 and older, Four Seasons Estates offers a distinct set of services and amenities primarily managed through its cooperative structure. While comprehensive public listings of all services may not be exhaustive, the nature of an R.O.C. Inc. implies shared ownership and a collective approach to maintaining and enhancing the community. Based on public reviews and common R.O.C. structures, the following services and amenities are typically available or implied:

  • Resident-Owned Lots/Shares: A fundamental service where residents purchase a share in the cooperative that owns the land, eliminating traditional lot rent and providing a stable, long-term living solution.
  • Community Maintenance: The R.O.C. structure typically manages the upkeep of common areas, roads, and shared facilities, contributing to the "super clean" environment highlighted by visitors. This implies regular landscaping, road repairs, and general groundskeeping.
  • Mature Community (55+): Dedicated to residents aged 55 and over, fostering an environment tailored to the interests and lifestyle needs of active adults.
  • Variety of Mobile Home Options: The community offers diverse choices for mobile homes, catering to different preferences and needs of residents.
  • Community Facilities: While not explicitly detailed, most 55+ mobile home communities, especially well-maintained ones, offer a clubhouse, social halls, and potentially recreational facilities such as a pool, shuffleboard, or other activity areas to support an active lifestyle.
  • On-Site Management/Board: As an R.O.C. Inc., there is a resident-elected board or management team responsible for overseeing the community's operations, finances, and rules, ensuring a well-run park.
  • Rules for Comfort Animals: There is a specific policy regarding comfort animals, generally allowing them only for owners, not renters. This indicates clear guidelines for pet ownership within the community.

As a Resident-Owned Community (R.O.C. Inc.), Four Seasons Estates typically does not offer "promotions" in the same way a rental park might. Instead, the inherent benefit and "special offer" of Four Seasons Estates lie in its unique ownership structure. When you become a resident, you purchase a share in the cooperative that owns the entire mobile home park, effectively eliminating ongoing lot rent. This provides significant long-term financial advantages and a greater sense of investment compared to traditional mobile home rentals.

While specific price reductions on individual homes for sale within the park are not publicly advertised and would depend on individual sellers, the overall value proposition of Four Seasons Estates is the stability and potentially lower long-term costs associated with land ownership. Prospective residents interested in available homes and understanding the financial benefits of the R.O.C. Inc. model should directly contact the community office or a real estate agent specializing in this type of property. They can provide current listings of homes for sale, details on the share purchase, and information on any applicable HOA fees or cooperative contributions.

This has to be one of the cleanest mobile home parks that ever had the pleasure to visit. There was no trash what so ever, for the entire time that my wife and I were there it was super clean. And they offer a variety of options as it's concerned to mobile homes. But it was also a mature community of fifty years old and up too, so that had a lot to do with how nice that community was.

The residents drive around and act like police if your vehicle isnt fully in your driveway. They write you up for nonsense and send threatening letters about towing your vehicles. Yet the grass is 2 feet high in February cause they dont have it cut. Do not recommend living here at all. Guest can only stay for 2 weeks. There on a power trip. Do not live here. Youll regret it!! Managers are very Rude. Very unprofessional

I called on behalf of one of my patients and spoke to the MANAGER. She was very rude to me just for assisting an elderly lady. She screamed and yelled in the phone demanding for my email address because she had to do extra work. At that point, I didn't feel comfortable providing any type of information to her. That is very unethical and disrespectful, and if I were looking for residency for myself or family member, it would not be the Four Seasons simply because of the disrespect that I received for assisting an elderly patient. If she speaks to the tenants the way she spoke to me, then that is a bigger issue because that is considered elderly abuse. I will be contacting the BBB to inform them of how the MANAGER conducts business. Hope she has a better day and find a job that is fulfilling and one she actually enjoys. Note to MANAGER= Sometimes it is ok to go the extra mile for people!! That's how you get your blessings!!
