My name is Anna Maris K. i recently made an generous offer for a mobile home in this park. Im proud bussinens owner, a bussiness for over 30 years. I was denied of lack of credit history. Lisa the manager of this park that i spoke too mentioned that i only have one credit card. My macys credit card 😆 Its funny i gues people pay there lot rent with there credit cards these days. By the way outstanding balance. No debt lol She was rude and hang up the phone on me. Repetedly said lack of credit history. When SOMEONE wants to buy and willing to spend over 40.000 $ has to go through this... 1 Has the requiered credit score. 2 Has the Income !! And is decent Us citizen and law obaying humun for over 60 years to be treated like this! I feel bad for the Park owner and the seller. Thank you
