Love living here. Quite,friendly. The only negative....the smoking by the pool area. Since been moved by hot tub your breathing that in. Especially when there smoking cigars. Nice if could be moved further back maybe by the grilling area. Grounds are kept nice. Wonderful maintenance guy. Written by wife...not Steve!.

The residents and HOA are cliquey and nosy. They'll break their own rules and then harass their other residents who aren't part of their club. HOA members and their cliques will go out of their way to stalk you from your home to places around the park. Make sure you have a good lawyer.
