Had a few issues that required maintenance to be done when I first moved in, and it was handled in a very professional and timely manner. My concerns were addressed immediately and wonderfully handled by the maintenance man, Josh. The park is well maintained and quiet, which I appreciate as I work from home. We enjoy the pool as often as possible and it is always clean.

Never replaced flooring insulation or water barrier after Hurricane Milton. Also didn't care about floors buckling from hurricane flooding. Homes left with mildew and roaches from dampness.
