Great community and staff, dryer was having issues and put a work order in (as I rent) while at work, had someone knocking on my door three hours later to look at it and within a day the dryer was replaced. Autumn even email a few days later to check to see how the appliances were working.
$1,900 a month to rent a medium sized double wide lol. Assuming the 30% rule, You would have to make S76,000 a year to live comfortably while making that monthly payment. That should just be plain criminal for a metal box that would blow down the road in a tornado.
I like how they put the community dumpster in the Park. These other places need to get on the ball man. It's all that extra little stuff people like dude. It's the little things and it's being nice to people you know what I mean dude. I've had pretty good experiences at this place.
