They want all the old trailers out soooo bad they are willing to harass and point figures at poor people! So they can put new double wides in then sell them for outrageous amounts of money then charge the new tenants that own there houses even more outrageous rents. So therefor even if you own your house they can evict you or try to whenever they want! It's a trap, it will always be a trap and they don't care!!! Period

I lived here for a year and my dishwasher was missing a part in order to work properly. I tried getting maintenance people and the office to fix it and it never happened. They don't treat you well at all. They claimed they didn't even know who I was when I went to pay my water bill for the month. I've lived there in the past with no issues and now they won't allow me to buy or rent because they claim they don't know me. TRASH

These people could have killed my family. I had reported to them that my shingles were blown off this past winter months ago and they never did a thing about it. Today I find out that my roof is leaking THROUGH THE ELECTRICAL. These people DO NOT care about you or the park. They will NOT call you back when you leave voicemails and will NOT call you back when you walk in and they say that they will look into it and call you back. I have had to shovel money out of my own pocket to replace a stove that was leaking gas, and have had to stop using my dishwasher because it had almost caught on fire. DO NOT LIVE HERE BY ANY MEANS. This company is a god damn joke. They leave and close the office when they feel like it and ignore most of your calls. They will not receive another penny from me.

We constantly call office about issues we have at house that they are suppose to take care of, they rarely answer the phone and when they do they say they will call you back but never do. Got so bad within first year of living here that the stove was leaking gas and they never did a thing about it when we called. We had to spend our own money on a new stove. It feels like they only answer the phone or call you when it is convenient for them or if they want something from you. Little over month of calling to have them look at dishwasher, took roommate to call for them to answer and all the man they sent did was look at it, didn't touch a thing.

Snow removal is excellent! So happy to have individual trash bins instead of a mass of large dumpsters. Has cut the foul smell so much. Yard waste dumpster is always overflowing. Wish it would be emptied more often. The office is clean and exercise room is okay.
