My wife and I went to this place on the first weekend of June 2025. The place is nice but a little out dated. They put us in Tent site #7.😔 If you don't mind sleeping on a 30% incline it's the perfect. We kept sliding down the mattress and having to get back up. We fought the incline the whole weekend. 😔 Sunday morning we were loading up at 7am and I went to step up to my truck and slipped on the incline. The top of my head hit the top door jam of the truck and my body kept going into the truck. So yeah I almost broke my neck. Anyways that's how it all happened and I will not return. Not because it's a bad place. It just sucked for us because of how the site was washed out. Do not rent tent site #7.

Dude at the front was very rude to me right after i checked inn. He chased me down as i was stepping out of my truck and greeting my buddies (that i haven't seen in dam near 5 years) he interrupted me to tell me i better be to front before 12pm if i was staying another which i wasn't sure bc of work. 1my friend even said he was rude. Idk I'm guessing he thought i was trying to skip paying for a day?? The nice young lady that checked me in gets 5 stars just sucks he sucks at cs or was having a bad day. There was nothing u did for him to tell how he did. I have no problem paying the $15/day fee. He really did offend us. Been coming here a long time and family been coming here since probably before it existed. The older guy on the golf cart.

Not the camp ground for a family vacation. We went this past weekend and the campground had a party directly across from our campsite. They had a rave party complete with a light show, fog machine and foam machines. The audio system belonged in a nightclub especially for as loud has they had it playing. I fully expected to have loud neighbors during the camping trip but this was just too far to the extreme and to see the campground itself posting about the party indicating that they were fully supportive of it was quite upsetting. They could have told us that we were going to be camping in the middle of such a party with a 5 year old and offered to move us to the other side of the campground, we still would have heard it but at least it wouldn’t have been right on top of us. The music that was being played was as vulgar as it could possibly be. This is definitely not the camp ground to stay at if you are expecting any kind of family friendly atmosphere. I know we won’t be back.

I hate to do this, because we have been to Lazy L&L many times over the years. But this place has allowed in the riff raff. Our friend’s phone was stolen from the campsite. There were 3 different fights with cops being called. Several of our neighbors had phones stolen as well. They sell these $10 day passes so people can just come in and make away with hundreds in stolen stuff. This used to be a very family-friendly place and super safe. You didn’t used to have to secure your campsite or anything. But not any longer. This place is ghetto now. They need to clean up their act and manage who they are letting in there.

We come here annually and wouldn't trade this spot for any other in the WORLD! Beautiful stretch of river. Plenty of Shade. The Volleyball and Dance hall are a nice touch for an evening after floating all day. Lazy L&L is the Highlight of our year!
