Beach nearby was clear, sand groomed and bathrooms very clean. Entire family enjoyed fishing, camping and swimming at this amazing site. Pulled a camper in and tented. Beautiful wooded campsites. We got a bit wet but that was expected.

This is honestly an incredible campground. The spots are all in a forest and are all mostly private from each other so you feel like you're really camping. The bathrooms are really clean and the whole place is well kept. Right in the campground is a gorgeous creek and there is a beach for the kids and tons of hiking trails all within walking distance of the campground.

Great camping sites, very quiet, direct connections to walking/hiking.paths, cleanest bathrooms and garbage facilities I've seen in a very long time. Beware, I had a racoon visit my picnic table the first night I was there, looking for food. He/she was not scared of me sitting only 5 feet away. I used an assertive voice to send the racoon away a couple times, but the third time it came back that night it made some aggressive growling noises in the near by brush to try and scare me off. I never felt in danger, and it serves as a reminder for all that wild animals live in these parks and no one should endanger the animals and other people by feeding them.

Wonderdul camp grounds. Very nice shower facilities and lots of trails. Although many of them are up and down and could be considered steep.
