  • Mobile Home Site Rentals: The core service is providing well-maintained lots for manufactured homes. These sites typically include necessary utility hookups such as water, sewer, and electrical connections, ensuring homes are ready for residency.

  • Property Management: A dedicated property management team, notably including helpful individuals like Tricia Shannon, oversees the community. Their role involves facilitating the move-in process, addressing resident inquiries, and generally ensuring the smooth operation of the park. The reviews highlight their responsiveness and willingness to "work after close, before open, and on her own personal time" to assist residents.

  • Community Maintenance: While not explicitly detailed, mobile home parks are responsible for maintaining common areas, roadways, and infrastructure within the community to ensure a safe and pleasant environment. • "Establish Your Roots" Rental Conversion Program: This program is a substantial ongoing offer. It allows residents to convert "100% of your on-time home rent payments into a credit that can be applied as a down payment on your home, up to 20% of the home's value!" This is a powerful incentive for individuals looking to transition from renting to owning their manufactured home within the community, making homeownership more accessible and directly rewarding consistent rental payments.

This invaluable support through "setbacks and hiccups" makes the entire process smoother and less stressful for new residents, a benefit that might not be formally advertised but is clearly a cornerstone of their customer service.

Tricia Shannon was SO helpful through the entire thing, we had some setbacks, and hiccups, and through the entire process, worked after close, before open, and on her own personal time to try to help us get through it all. i would 100% recommend this place for anyone looking, as they are super helpful, super caring, and just overall nice people. Thank you again to Tricia, as i don’t know if we would’ve managed to get through it if she hadn’t been helping the entire time.

We are currently in Marion for work and didn’t know the area well. We came across a newer mobile home that was perfect for two. Tricia made everything so easy for us and she moved quickly. She did everything that she could to make sure we were comfortable and went the extra mile to make accommodations pertaining to our employment contract. We are so happy to be apart of this community!

In the beginning it was a struggle, but with Tricia Shannon, the new community manager, things have really been improving! She listens to concerns and does her best to make sure things are taken care of. Before Tricia I was ready to leave but she’s making this community feel like home for us. Recently, I was locked out of my house and wasn’t able to start my car leaving my son and I stranded and without question she was immediately working to help me even after her work day was over. She took what could have been a really bad day for us and treated us with compassion and understanding leaving me feeling at ease rather than overwhelmed. I really appreciate what she’s doing with the community!

Been living in this trailer court for a little over a year. Was rocky at First. But the new manager Tricia Shannon has done a lot to help with my needs and I’m seeing an improvement. And the maintenance men that she sent over was nice and professional.

I may be relocating to Marion from Tennessee for work. I called and spoke with Tricia Shannon the manager about setting up a weekend appointment to come view. Not only did she say she would come in whenever I needed she also did a FaceTime tour with me and told me about the area. She has been patient, followed up and helped guide me. Best customer service I have had in a long time.
