I lived in the trailer park for more than 8 years total. Every trailer in the park are extremely poor condition. Maintenance doesnt fix much of anything and if he did it wasnt done the right way, he was always drunk and causing drama with people that lived in the park, and tries to hit on and get with any woman that was there. I had so many problems with repairs that needed done and they never got done but the maintenance guy can build up his trailer and fix his stuff but not the other tenants that live there. He was a very uncomfortable person the be around due to being always intoxicated and loud. He talks about other personal issues of other tenants to other tenants. if buildings and codes were to get called to inspect these trailers they would never pass at all. They allow drugs. I do not recommend living here

Where do i begin. Landlord and Matenience do not care about home issues and dont repair anything. Also, majority of the neighbors are very nosey, and have tried to call animal control on us to take our very sweet dogs. Oh, if your a little late on rent be careful because landlord tried to give us a 3 day eviction notice. All the homes are very old and most are not up to code what so ever.
