Great place to live. Hard working manager who is fair. She makes sure it is safe for family’s. If she gets on you for something it’s for a reason for instance speeding, drugs or being late on rent…she is only doing her job…if you don’t like it then you are probably doing something wrong

I'm so greatful to have this trailer if it wasn't for the park managers I would definitely be homeless ..it's hard out there and I had very little choices and I'm so happy..Angie is great and helps with everything I had issues with..both parks are clean and well managed..thank you

Lived here for about 8 years and the property manager has managed to get rid of all the negative, drama affiliated, & no good riff raff in the park. I can happily say that I call this place home and the property manager does her job and is even MORE THAN FAIR THAN SHE NEEDS TO BE AT TIMES AND YET SHE GETS NEGATIVE REMARKS AND NOT AS APPRECIATED AS SHE SHOULD BE. So to the lady that said that property manager think she is god, well she's not but she is an Angel. Don't like it then move out!!! Bye Bye.

The property manager is a great and fair lady. She lives on site so she is always there to help if needed. Some people dont like her because they disturb the peace or speed around the neighborhood.

Have close friend who lives here. Nice dog park, play ground..Some lovely mobile homes, some need repair.
